Today is July 1st, half of the year is officially over..
I've lost about 20 lbs so far this year..
if you consider my "track" record over the past 2 years, i've lost about 40 pounds per year.. which means I'm half way there for this year, even though i'd like to lose alot more.

I really have to get in gear and watch what I eat, i've been getting too relaxed and have been yo-yo'ing between 255-260 the last couple of months. And I have to start moving more.

So ... What I am going to do is have a monthly & weekly challenges for myself for weight loss, exercise, and food.

Todays Weight.... 261.2

weight loss goal for the month of July..: lose 5 lbs this month

The goal for this week July 1st thru July 8th:
-drink a minimum of 90oz of water per day
-wear pedometer every day and make sure i have at least 5280 steps per day. (which is 2 miles per day)
